Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of one nights accommodation will be charged at time of booking. If the booking is cancelled prior to 6.00pm on the day prior to scheduled arrival, the deposit will be refunded. Failure to cancel by that time will result in loss of deposit. The credit card verification number MUST be shown in the "ID" field or the booking WILL NOT be confirmed (This is usually the last 3 numbers on back of card, AMEX is 4 numbers on front).
